The development project in Wenjiang encountered significant challenges, particularly concerning the balance between super-densification and the preservation of the ecological system. However, the project's value proposition centred around establishing a multi-purpose centrality. The primary goal was to seamlessly integrate the abundant natural environment into the project from its inception, incorporating strategic mixed uses at various scales and embracing new information and ubiquity technologies.

The achievements and objectives of the project were geared towards harmonising these diverse elements to craft a sustainable and thriving community. Simultaneously, the aim was to garner visibility through a robust corporate image. This commitment was manifested in the thematic design of the project, which aspired to create a lasting habitat for a poetic life. Natural elements and a fusion of Eastern and Western philosophies were employed to fashion a distinctive experience for both residents and visitors. The overarching objective was to establish a unique, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing community that reflects a harmonious blend of cultural influences.
